Manchester United coach Jose Mourinnho slams Dejan Lovren's claim about Lukaku

Manchester United coach Jose Mourinho has slammed Dejan Lovren for insinuating that Romelu Lukaku had an intention to hurt him. 

Lovren revealed that Lukaku had an interior motive to injure him during the match between Liverpool vs Manchester United. 

The Croatian defender made sure Lukaku had a torrid day at Anfield by man marking him tightly; sweeping the ball of his feet and ensuring his goal scoring chances was restricted to just one shoot which he flopped. 
Revealing what happened between him and Lukaku, Lovren said. 

"I made a tackle there, i felt he was over me and he could move away, but, to be honest, my point of view is that he did it on purpose", Lovren told UEFA.Com. 

"Even if he did it normally he would apologies after that but i saw that he was nervous during the game so maybe that was also the reason {why he didn't apologise}. 

"That happened on the pitch and it is over. I cannot change it and no one can change it, so that is what i am thinking about. …

Robbie Fowler gives reasons why Liverpool can still win the premier league title

Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler still believes his former club has what he takes to win the premier league title despite struggling for consistency. 

The Reds are eight in the table, nine points from the league leaders Manchester City who are two points ahead of second placed team- Manchester United.

Last season, Chelsea where 13th in the league after 13 games but after Antonio Conte tactically changed his team playing pattern, the Blues went on to win the premier league title. 

Fowler feels Jurgen Klopp must twerk his system to have any chance of winning the league.
"I'm not naive enough to say Liverpool can definitely win the title", Fowler told talkSPORT. 

"But how many games have we played this season? At this stage last year, i think Chelsea were 13th. Anything is possible, and Liverpool have a team for who most of the top clubs have genuine respect.

"They perhaps need their big players to prove the difference".

Real Madrid star Isco confesses: I am not good enough to compete with Cristiano Ronaldo

Isco has dismissed any reports from the press trying to create a rivalry between him and Cristiano Ronaldo. 

The Spaniard might have developed into one of Europe's finest attacking midfielder but he knows he cannot compete with Ronaldo when it comes to scoring goals. 

Rather than compete with Ronaldo, Isco prefers to remain unnoticed. 

"I try to go unnoticed and not compete with Ronaldo. I don't watch the news or read what they say", Isco told Marca. 

"I try to stay on the sidelines. I've improved. I've been at Madrid for five years and I've matured from a footballing point of view. I understand better how to read the game". 

This season, Isco has scored 9 goals with 5 assists, while Ronaldo has struggled for goals in the league. 






Real Madrid star Isco: Cristiano Ronaldo is the world best player not Messi

Real Madrid sensation Isco is rooting for his teammate and friend Cristiano Ronaldo to win his fifth Ballon d'Or title after helping Los Blancos retain the Champions League and win a La Liga title. 

Ronaldo's incredible display in last year Champions League and League triumph has made him the favourite to win another Ballon d'Or which will automatically equate him with Lionel Messi who has won it five times.

Isco meanwhile, feels Ronaldo has done enough to win another world best player. 

"Cristiano has to win it, there's no question about that, it's very difficult to be up there, it would be a dream", Isco told Marca.

Francesco Totti: Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo is better than Messi and Neymar

AS Roma legend Francesco Totti is backing Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo to win the Ballon d'Or ahead of Barcelona and PSG stars Lionel Messi and Neymar. 

Totti's main reason for backing Ronaldo to win the Ballon d'Or was because he helped Real Madrid win the La Liga title and retain the Champions League for the second successive season. 

If Ronaldo wins the Ballon d'Or for the second consecutive year, he will then equal Lionel Messi's record of five Ballon d'Or. 

"We are talking about three footballing aliends", Totti told FIFA.com. 

 "I think that, in the end, Ronaldo is ahead of the others. He had an amazing season and alos accomplished all of his goals with the most prestigous of teams". 

Totti also backed Zinedine Zidane to win the 'best manager of the year' and Gianluigi Buffon to win the 'best goalkeeper in the world'.

Breaking: Barcelona star Lionel Messi and wife expecting third child

Barcelona star Lionel Messi has announced on his Instagram page that he is expecting a third child with wife Antonella Roccuzzo. 

Messi's week have been fantastic; first, he scored a hat trick to secure Argentina a spot in next year's World Cup. 

Secondly, he provided a sumptuous cross for Luis Suarez to equalize against Atletico Madrid to keep Barcelona's unbeaten league record safe. 
And finally, his wife is pregnant with his third child. Already, the couple have two incredibly handsome boys Thiago (7yrs) and Mateo (4yrs). 





Jose Mourinho: I will not end my career at Manchester United

Manchester United coach Jose Mourinho has admitted he has no plans to end his managerial career at Old Trafford. 

Mourinho still has two years left in his three year contract with an option to extend it if, Manchester United can make the top 4. 

But Jose has no intention to rival Sir Alex Ferguson longevity but prefers to see out his contract at the club before deciding to stay or leave for a new adventure. 

"The only thing i can say is that i am still a coach with worries, ambitions, desires to do new things", Mourinho told Telefoot. 

"I'm sure i will not finish my career here in Manchester United'. 

Asked to reveal the reason why Barcelona hired Pep Guardiola back in 2008 rather him who had a better CV. 

"Maybe one day i can tell the truth", Mourinho added. "These are things of my career that i want to keep with me".
